FAQs
-
An Authorized User is a person who is added to a primary cardholder’s account, allowing them to benefit from the account’s past and future credit history. This is an excellent tool for individuals looking to strengthen their credit profiles by adding tradelines with excellent payment history, significant age, and high credit limits.
With well-established tradelines on your credit report, you increase your chances of obtaining favorable lending rates from financial institutions.
-
These are the three main steps in the process:
STEP I: Choose a tradeline from our inventory.
STEP II: Submit your Authorized User information.
STEP III: Wait for your tradeline to report and see results.

With our process, you can expect the tradeline to be reported within the initial free-trial period of a new subscription order for a specific tradeline.
-
All our tradelines are reported to all three major credit bureaus – Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian.
-
We require our Cardholders to adhere to our standards by submitting a screenshot of confirmation as proof that you have been added to the tradeline. We then forward this information to you.
(If you have placed an order and have not received it, please let us know at orders@theaulab.co.) -
If the tradeline hasn’t reported on your credit report during the initial free-trial period of a new subscription order, we will gladly extend the free trial upon request.
This eliminates the hassle of processing a refund and ensures you receive the full benefit of our service. -
The effect varies based on your current credit profile.
Each person's credit profile is unique. Some individuals might have a good credit score but high card utilization, while others may have negative items affecting their score.
Adding an established tradeline to your credit report can improve its standing by increasing your overall credit age and credit limit.
If you have poor or fair credit with few negative items, little to no credit history, or good credit that you wish to enhance, subscribing to or purchasing our tradelines can be very helpful.
Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee a specific change in your credit score once the tradelines are reported. -
Once you cancel your subscription and are removed from our tradeline, it will be reported as "closed" or "terminated" on your credit report.
When a tradeline becomes inactive, your FICO scores can drop, much like when a primary account is closed. -
No, adding authorized users is entirely legal. In fact, lenders often encourage it!
